My long term goal is to stay healthy and strong enough to continue long distance and trail running.

Favorite Race?

The Boston Marathon was probably the most fun I've ever had in a race because the crowds were so big and enthusiastic! I really enjoy trail racing in the Marin headlands just north of San Francisco too.

Favorite Part of being a TWB Runner?

The tailored running plans from Coach Johnny are great. He adjusts my training so that I can get some ski days in this winter and still work towards achieving my goals.

What motivates you to run?

The feeling of accomplishment that comes at the end of a good workout or race.
